Clean room with a big TV and table tennis plus a fridge, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Good location, just a walk down to everywhere🙂🙂

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, enjoying the reasonably spacious room and having a fridge available for convenience.

The staff were very good as were the breakfasts. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was in the middle of renovations. They had permants living there who took over the kitchen and left a mess.

This small hotel is great with nice and lovely staff. The location is quiet, near the various restaurants and shops as well as the center - couldn't be better. Plus, the venue is 2 km from Plymouth Naval Memorial.

The bathrooms are quite small.

We stayed in a family room that came with a fridge, which was really convenient. the central heating kept us warm, and having a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels was a nice bonus. 📺.

Not fancy, but very clean and has got everything you need. Good beds, warm (important in Norway). Robert (receptionist and the only person at the hotel) was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was perfect for us as a one-night place while traveling around fjords.

GPS doesn't find hotel's address correctly. Might be hard to find at night. It took us 10 extra min.

A clean room, very friendly portier and very good breakfast!! The only little remark we have is that we would have liked new towels every day without asking.

Just ok for a night's stay....and I mean barely just ok. The people at the front desk were very helpful but the hotel rooms were a slight grade above a "dump" rating. Internet connection was good and the bed was barely passable. Breakfast was bare minimum and all for the price of a good three star hotel that can easily be found in usa and Europe for those that know how to look. It was the only choice in Floro....

I'm used to better hotels. This was "back to basics"

Spent Christmas at a hotel in a quiet residential area. The room was clean, which we appreciated. Apart from the room mixup, the staff were friendly. We loved the meals; the catering company prepared good and plentiful food.

The hotel was difficult to locate. If you're unfamiliar with the area, it's easy to pass by.
